Our mission

The Caribbean Community Association (CCA) serves the Caribbean and other
communities in the Tampa Bay region and across the diaspora by promoting
international understanding through cultural, educational, entrepreneurial, health and humanitarian initiatives.

Our vision

CCA has been dedicated to providing a voice to people that don’t sit at the community power table, democratizing outreach and providing vital programs to create a more leader-full, healthy and connected community. Better decisions are made by alumni of our leadership development programs. Participants are afforded a rare opportunity to explore all the resources associated with livability, quality of life and community development in a comprehensive, holistic way. By combining access, partnership and leadership development, CCA realizes our mission of bringing people and resources together to achieve a preferred future.

Our team

Our strength lies in our individuality. The team strives to bring in the best talent in various fields, from Health to Educational and Cooperate leadership.
